We do not except any returns or exchanges. The Blackout Original is a limited edition cap with less than 2500 units available. Each purchase has 15% of it's profit directly donated to the SickKids Foundation. We take pride in producing all the embroidery, packaging and distribution in and from Canada and want our customers to know that we appreciate your support in our growth. Please note: each hat is proudly unique and does not look exactly the same. The material used is a distressed washed cotton garment. Any imperfections in design, stitch or colour are natural to the way it has been intentionally created. You're going to love it. Thank you for your understanding.
